2.1Orders placed with Car Plates Direct are considered contracts for the creation of personalised goods.

2.2Due to their bespoke nature, customised plates cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.

2.3It is your responsibility to ensure the registration and spacing you enter are correct before confirming your order.

2.4Any necessary changes must be requested immediately after purchase. Additional costs may apply.

3. Payments and Pricing

3.1All prices are clearly shown during the checkout process and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

3.2Payments must be made in full at the time of order. We accept major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and GPay.

3.3In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Dispatch and Delivery

4.1Orders submitted on working days before 2:00pm (Priority Delivery Fully Tracked) or 5:00pm (Standard Delivery 2-4 Working Days) are processed the same day. Later orders are handled the next working day.

6.2Any manufacturing defects must be reported with photo evidence within 24 hours of receipt.

6.3A 3-year warranty covers manufacturing faults, excluding normal wear and user damage.

7.2It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the plates meet legal requirements for their intended use.

7.3Misrepresentation of registration plates is a legal offence.
